Society of St Vincent de Paul ~ St Maximilian Kolbe Conference
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay organization of volunteer men and women who live their Faith by offering person-to-person assistance to those in need. Through this work, members of the Society grow spiritually, develop friendships and help meet the needs of their community with compassion and without judgment. Service is provided to all regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health or gender.
The Society of St Vincent de Paul is an international organization formed in France in the mid-1800s that today operates in 142 countries and consists of over 690,000 active members. The St Maximilian Kolbe Conference serves neighbors in the communities of Agoura, Oak Park, Westlake Village and the eastern portion of Thousand Oaks.
The St Max Conference is separate from but affiliated with St Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. St Max parishioners provide financial support to the Conference. For assistance or information about the St Max Conference, please phone 818-991-3915.
